Experience wine from the perspective of the vintner and enjoy learning about delicious wine made using primarily Texas grapes! Enjoy a four (4) course wine pairing dinner prepared by herb enthusiast and cooking instructor Pamela Murski, with each course being designed specifically to complement the wine being explored and enjoyed. August and Linda Meitzen, the vintners will enhance the meal and tasting with education about the wine and wine making process during the dinner.
