Meat Market Fare: Shop local meat!

One of the main things we emphasize in our Texas cooking  classes is  eating seasonally and locally!   Nothing tastes better on the grill or on the plate than farm raised fresh cut meat.  You can also purchase fresh sliced deli  lunchmeat and cheeses of all varieties which are perfect for that romantic getaway picnic at the B&B.  Some will even make sandwiches and burgers
