Egg Recipe from Wedding Day Breakfast at Bed and Breakfast Ranch

” …We love getting your recipes – but would you mind sharing your scrambled eggs with rosemary that you made us when we stayed with you?….”

We received this request from a wedding couple after they stayed with us and had their wedding here at the ranch.  We are asked often for this recipe so here it is for all the foodies to enjoy!


(Serve with local sausages,  roasted baby new potatoes & asparagus, biscuits and honey butter. )

  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 sprigs rosemary, snipped into small pieces
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Additional rosemary for garnish Oven Roasted baby asparagus

Beat eggs, cream, and salt together in a small bowl.  Pour mixture into a lightly greased, hot skillet, sprinkle rosemary on top and scramble until slightly runny.  Add cream cheese in dollops, and fold in gently Garnish with rosemary sprig.  Serve hot over roasted baby asparagus.   Serves 2.
