We encourage at least a 2 night booking so that you may fully enjoy your stay. Your room will be posted with your name, key will be in your door & lights on ready for your stay! Garden Room & Sage Room park in the enclosed yard; the B&B is behind you. Rosemary Room & Lavender Room park in front of the B&B. If I am not around, I will see you the next day. Murski Homestead Bed & Breakfast is a historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
Payment & Cancellation Policies:
Lodging & Packages (excluding weddings/elopements) : Your credit card will be charged in full when reservation is made for confirmation. Cancellation of 15 days prior to arrival date for refund. $40 rebooking/handling fee will apply. A 30 day cancellation notice required for whole house bookings, holidays and special events. Exception of Antiques Fairs (see below). Cancellation policies apply to rooms & packages, per night.
Antiques Fairs Exception: we require advancement payment by check unless reservation is within 2 weeks of the Fairs date. Your credit card will hold your reservation for one week to allow time for your payment to arrive. We will contact you by email once the reservation has been received. Round Top Antiques Fairs has a No Cancellation policy. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
Elopement & Wedding Policies:
Elopements are paid in full upon booking.
Weddings have a 45 day cancellation policy for partial refund of 50% of the down payment. No refund for cancellations within 45 days of date. 50% down payment due upon booking with remaining 50% balance due 45 days prior to wedding date.
Cooking Classes & Foodie Events Policies:
Payment in full is required to confirm your reservation for any class or food event.
Cancellations: 15 days prior to event date for refund less $40 rebooking fee. No refund for cancellations within 14 days of event.
Classes may be cancelled due to illness of instructor or inclement weather. If we have to cancel a class we will contact you. You will be given the choice of transferring your class fee to any future class or receive a full refund.
- All alcohol is complimentary.
- Absolutely No Smoking inside. A $500 special cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke inside.
- No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
- Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.
- Some rooms have a $75 upcharge for single night stays which will be added to the published room rate after booking. Some weekends have a 2 night minimum and some holidays a 3 night minimum.
